Common reasons to switch

Why do agencies pay so much at a tax firm?

Because the fee schedule uses the value of the matter, based on revenue and total assets, rather than the work involved. At boring, your revenue band determines the price, and invoicing, payment reminders and payroll run in the same account.

“The firm bills by value, not by the work involved.”

30 receipts a month, but fees like a much larger company. At boring, your revenue band sets the price, not the fee table.

“Commissions need to go out on the first. Without follow-up questions.”

Payroll has its own channel, employees can view their payslips, and you approve payments in the app.

“A tax firm, an invoicing tool, a bookkeeping tool: three systems for one GmbH.”

Invoices, reminders, payments, receipts and tax in one account. Every additional company uses the same login.

We help write the termination letter to your previous firm and collect the data via DATEV export. Choose your starting month and you are ready.

  2. Your part Step 2

    Connect and submit

Connect your business bank account, create invoices in boring or send them via API, and submit receipts by email, WhatsApp or drag and drop.

  3. You approve Step 3

    Review and approve

AI prepares the entries, tax professionals confirm them, and you approve the advance VAT return (UStVA). Outstanding items and payment reminders run alongside.

FAQ

What consultancies and agencies ask before switching

The most common questions from our conversations with consultancies, agencies and recruiters.

We want to switch on 1 January. How does that work?

Let us know, and we prepare the termination letter and request your data via DATEV export. Your previous advisor closes the current year, and we take over from your starting month. We get in touch in November to keep the deadlines on track.

We have three GmbHs with two advisors. Can they share one account?

Yes. Each company has separate books; you have one login and one package. The holding costs €500 per year if it has no operating business.

Commissions, bonuses and one-off payments?

All through the payroll chat and the app: report the amounts, we process payroll, and employees see their payslips in the portal. Payroll runs on a DATEV engine in the background.

Do we still need an invoicing tool?

No. Invoices, recurring invoices, credit notes, reminder runs and e-invoices (XML) are included, with outstanding items visible at any time. You can connect existing tools through the API.

EU customers, reverse charge and EC sales lists?

Covered. The EC sales list (ZM) is prepared monthly or quarterly, and the advance VAT return is filed through our ELSTER account after your approval.

Projects and cost centres?

Our tax professionals set up project ledger accounts and cost centres with you during onboarding. Freelancer invoices are assigned to the project.

Can we get a BWA for our bank, leasing provider or partners?

Business performance reports (BWA) and trial balances (SuSa) are available in the app with confirmed figures. The tax firm issues the BWA for banks and leasing providers.

What does it really cost?

The published price for your revenue band is on the pricing page, plus €20 per employee for payroll. You receive two invoices, for software and tax advice, for one package. Tax structuring advice is offered separately.
