The package applies to holding companies that meet these criteria. If one of them does not fit, we price your holding individually.

Company purpose is the holding of participations
No independent operational business activity is planned or present
The maximum balance sheet total is 500k EUR
The company is a small corporation under the provisions of the German Commercial Code (§ 267a Abs 1 HGB).
Current assets comprise only receivables & cash positions
max. 50 bookings/year
No partnership-style tax structures (Mitunternehmerschaften), incl. atypical silent partnerships
