Conditions for the holding package

The following conditions apply for the holding package, if you don't fulfill them, we are always happy to make you a custom offer.
  • Company purpose is the holding of participations
  • The maximum balance sheet total is 500k EUR
  • The company is a small corporation under the provisions of the German Commercial Code (§ 267a Abs 1 HGB).
  • Current assets comprise only receivables & cash positions
  • max. 50 bookings/year
